Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
MEDJINA Financial Solutions LLC ("MEDJINA", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, our student portal, and our booking and enrollment forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
- Enrollment requests: your legal first, middle, and last name, email, phone number, preferred language, the program you choose, and any preferred class date.
- Consultation bookings: the details you enter when booking through Cal.com, such as your name, email, and notes.
- Student portal: your profile (legal name, phone, language, reminder preference), lesson progress, quiz and exam results, assignments, attendance, certificates, and help tickets.
- Referral program: your name, email, phone (optional), and the PayPal email where you want rewards sent, plus which clients used your referral link.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through a help ticket.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents, bank or card numbers, or full credit reports through our website forms or regular email. We will give you a secure way to share sensitive documents when they are needed for a service.
Information collected automatically
If you arrive through a referral link, your browser remembers the referral code for up to 60 days so the friend who referred you gets credit when you enroll.
To understand which pages are useful, our website records anonymous visit information: the page visited, the button clicked, the general site that referred you, and the website language. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies, and we do not record visits when your browser's "Do Not Track" setting is on. The student portal stores sign-in information in your browser so you stay signed in.
How we use your information
- To respond to you, schedule consultations, and process enrollment requests.
- To provide classes: give you portal access, track your progress, grade quizzes and exams, record attendance, and issue certificates.
- To send class information and reminders. You can turn off reminder emails in your student portal profile.
- To improve our website and services.
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Netlify (website hosting and forms), Supabase (secure database and sign-in), and FormSubmit (delivering form messages to our email).
- Cal.com (appointment booking) and our payment processor, such as Stripe or Square (payments). We do not see or store your full card number.
- PayPal, to send referral rewards to the PayPal email you give us.
- Google (our business email).
- Groq, which powers the chat assistant on our website. When you use the chat, your messages are sent to Groq to write the reply. Your email address and phone number are not sent to Groq. Our team can read chat conversations so they can follow up with you. Please do not share Social Security, bank, or card numbers in the chat.
We may also share information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, students, or business.
Certificates
Each certificate has an ID and a QR code. Anyone who has the ID can confirm on our verification page that the certificate is real. That page shows only the student's name, the course, and the date issued.
How long we keep it
We keep enrollment, class, and certificate records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Turn off class reminder emails in your student portal profile.
- Ask us to stop contacting you about future classes or services.
Email medjinafinancialsolutionsllc@gmail.com with your request. We may need to confirm your identity first. Some records must be kept by law.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, sign-in protection, and access rules that let each student see only their own information. No system is perfectly secure, so please follow the guidance above about sensitive documents.
Children
Our services and classes are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
