These terms apply when you use this website, book a consultation, enroll in MEDJINA Academy, or use the student portal. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our services

• Tax preparation: we help prepare returns based on the information you provide. You are responsible for giving us complete and accurate information and for reviewing your return before it is filed.
• Credit repair support: results depend on your situation and on the credit bureaus and creditors. We do not promise any score change, deletion, approval, or timeline. Credit repair services are provided under a separate written contract.
• Business advisory: general guidance to help you plan. It is not legal advice. Confirm legal, tax, and licensing requirements with the right professional or government agency.

MEDJINA Academy classes

• Classes are educational. They are not personal tax, legal, or financial advice for your own situation.
• A MEDJINA certificate shows that you completed our course. It is not a government license or credential. For example, preparing federal tax returns for pay requires a PTIN from the IRS, and some states have their own rules for tax preparers and credit repair businesses.
• Your seat is confirmed after payment. Class dates, times, and instructors may change. If we cancel or move a class, you can choose another date or a refund (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

Your student account

• Your account is for you only. Don't share your sign-in or let others take your quizzes or exams.
• Keep your profile accurate. Your legal name is printed on your certificate.
• We may suspend an account that is shared, misused, or used to cheat, and we may withhold or cancel certificates earned that way.

Course materials

Lessons, videos, recordings, worksheets, quizzes, and other materials belong to MEDJINA Financial Solutions LLC. You may use them for your own learning. Please don't copy, record, resell, or share them publicly without our written permission.

Referral program

• Reward: you earn $50 for each person you refer who pays for any MEDJINA service, class, or bundle.
• How referrals count: the person must use your referral link (or give us your referral code) when they first contact us or enroll, and must be a new client.
• When we pay: after the referred client's payment is confirmed and is not refunded. We pay by PayPal to the PayPal email you give us, usually within 14 days.
• Limits: there's no limit on how many people you refer. You can't refer yourself or people in your own household, and one person earns one reward per referred client.
• Fair use: we may withhold rewards for spam, fake sign-ups, or misleading promotion, and we may change or end the program at any time. Rewards already earned will still be paid.
• Taxes: referral rewards may be taxable income. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.

Respectful use

Please be respectful in live sessions and messages. Don't upload harmful content, try to access other people's information, or interfere with the website.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars on our website. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Other services we use

Some features are provided by other companies, such as Cal.com for booking, Zoom or Google Meet for live classes, and our payment provider. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use them.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep our information accurate and our services reliable, but the website and classes are provided "as is." We don't guarantee particular results, refunds from the IRS, credit outcomes, business success, or that the website will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MEDJINA Financial Solutions LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using this website or our classes. For any claim about a class or service, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where MEDJINA Financial Solutions LLC is organized.
