Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every student to start class with confidence. Here is what happens if your plans change.
Classes and bundles
Applies to Tax Preparation Training, Credit Repair Training, Set Up Your Business, the Tax + Credit Bundle, and the All-in Bundle.

| 7 or more days before your class starts | A full refund |
| Less than 7 days before your class starts | Move to another class date at no cost, or a 50% refund |
| After your class has started | No refund. You may move once to the next available class date, space permitting |
- Changing your class date: you can reschedule yourself in the student portal at any time before the enrollment deadline, if seats are available.
- Bundles: if you finish part of a bundle and cancel the rest, we refund the unused part based on the regular single-class prices, minus the bundle discount.
- If we cancel or reschedule a class: you choose a full refund or a seat in another class date.
- Certificates are issued only after you complete the course requirements. A refund ends access to the course and its certificate.
Paid business advisory session ($99, 3 hours)
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a new time.
- Less than 24 hours' notice, or not attending: no refund, but we will offer one new time if we can.
Free consultations
Free consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time from your Cal.com confirmation email. Please let us know if you can't make it.
Credit repair services
This section is about credit repair services we perform for you, not our credit classes. Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, we do not charge for credit repair services until they have been fully performed. You will receive a written contract, and you may cancel it without charge within 3 business days after you sign it.
Tax preparation services
Fees for tax preparation are agreed with you before work begins. If you cancel before we start preparing your return, you are not charged. Once preparation has started, fees reflect the work completed.
How to request a refund or change
Email medjinafinancialsolutionsllc@gmail.com with your name, the program, and your request. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
